11 Second Club!
I began work on our final one a while ago and had it about half way done last week when all my files vanished. I mean they were still in my flash drive but there was nothing in the files themselves. I started on it again before I lost faith in humanity.... sigh...
Horton!
Around this time my Grandfather passed away. Kinda took away from the project in question. Never the less, I did work on it and got fairly far in it. I had it almost complete then these computers messed up the mouth... I have PICS!!!
OK harmless enough...
Mouth is getting a little big there...
What is happening!!!!
Turns out that the computer decided to change the values of the face controllers. Now they are all WAY to exaggerated... Don't know if thats an easy fix or more complicated...
12 Principals
Below I posted some of the parts of the 12 principals of animation. To be fair these are the ones I got around to working or at least watch.
Anticipation!!!
Stageing
CLIMBING THE FREAKING WALL!!#$%&$#
obviously this one gave me issues...
Ease in and out...
EXAGGERATION!
Secondary Action
Solid Drawing
Squash and stretch
Timing and spacing
Well... The Semester is almost over, I should post things!
About to get all crazy up in here... Stay tuned!!!

Information Overload
Here is my finished Product!
Heres how I did it!
NOTICE: Totally forgot to add to my blog over time... So I will explaine all at once.
I began with the base of the object and used that to create other parts for other layers.
After I Created the Pivot that I would use for the rest of the project I Began the Saw. I took the faces and extruded them singularly. Shrunk them down and created the teeth. Then did minor modifications to align it with the image plane.
Here is the view of the screw driver and the saw over the image plane. For the screw driver I took a line, gave it geometry and added it to a pivot.
The magnifying glass was an oil tank that I flattened out and placed along some geometry that got turned into a rail. Once it fit, I copied a side of the Oil tank and using a modifier, gave it the form of a polygon that confined itself to the oil tanks side. I added a pivot and moved right along.
For the can opener, I took a torus flattened it out, removed a side and extruded along two sides to create the shape, then I added a pivot and filler geometry.
For the cork screw, I took a helix and fitted it to the constraints of the size box I made in the first step and the picture. I then added geometry and fattened it out. I connected to the pivot and moved on!
This one was odd, For some reason my scale tool was acting strange and messed up the front end of the scissors. I made the original shape and flipped it, then I made the other side of the scissors, Added a Pivot and a capsule in the middle of the scissors. Then I Parented (Something Ive been doing on all of them) And Moved right along!!!
I got tired of listening to the guy so, I disregarded his instructions and made a box, shaped it, flattened it (Sharpened it if you will) and attached and parented it to a pivot. Then I kept watching the videos and added the little indentation (extrusion) on the blade. Then MOVED ALONG!!!!
Finally! I had made a sandwich! And I had thought my journey had come to an end...
Until...
Some one approached me asking about the texture we had to add... So I continued...
The Keychain was a line and two torus... es... That I has constrained to a path. Then I took snapshots along the y-axis and it gave me a chain. I then Added a really big ring for the actual keychain part and painted it all gray and green! See?
Sooooooo...
(Deep Breath)
I added a metal finish to it and then added the green, but not before an epic battle with the lighting system!
Where I had to create realistic lighting and a plane (THAT WOULD NOT CHANGE COLOR NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED!!!).
The Last and most simple part was adding my design, Which I pulled from the Internet. It is the Nobodies symbol from Kingdom Hearts. And It looks awesome!
So that is it... (Pant)
I'm Jesus Emil Rodriguez, and this... was an ordeal...
